Policies and Shipping
PAYMENTS:
We use Google Checkout to process payments on credit/debit cards. It's easy, safe and secure to use!
SHIPPING:
Shipping to and from our store is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. Our shipping carrier is USPS whenever possible, we ship out Monday-Friday, and normally we ship within 24-48 hours of your order being placed unless it is a custom order.
We attempt to ship the most economical way possible in order to save you money. If your order allows us to ship using flat rate boxes we will try to fit as much as possible in it so you might want to consider combining items when possible.
We will always credit back any shipping/handling over charges of US $1.00 or more asap.
Please make sure your shipping address information is correct when you place your order! In the event you need the item shipped to a different address you can either let us know in the "Notes/Questions" section before you check out or send us an email to notify us of the change asap.
*** We will not be held responsible for items going to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address supplied and therefore will not be able to replace or refund any lost items... We hope you understand!
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not happy with your order in any way please let us know as soon as possible. Any refunds will be given only after you return the unused item/items to us within (3)business days from the time you received the item, return shipping to be paid for by the buyer. We will do our very best to make sure your happy!
